Laser Storm offers three levels of competitive laser tag
National Level

National Play consists of teams from all over the country playing in a National Championship.
The tournament contains three parts:
- Top Gun
- Round Robin
- Double Elimination
Regional Level

Regional play is held monthly from September through May of each year at different Laser Storm Facilities.
Players form their own team for this double elimination tournament.

The Pittsburgh Laser Storm has Leagues and specialty tournaments such as 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 and 6v6.
The league uses a draft system to form the teams. This method spreads the experienced and novice players to permit more evenly matched teams.
The Specialty Tournaments use a variety of formats ranging from Random Draw, Skill Level caps and forming your own team.
